Vellux improves customer services in all areas of a hotel: in the cafeteria, restaurants, swimming pool leisure area, gym & spa, outdoor spaces, gardens, shops or at reception. By simply pressing the button that has been assigned them, customers can call hotel staff to see to their individual needs quickly. The members of staff that are required will be immediately informed via their pager.
A member of staff can be contacted from Reception or any other area of the hotel, upon request.
Vellux also allows response times by members of staff to messages to be measured by the software.
