Vellux vastly improves customer service in a restaurant. By simply pressing a button on their table, the customers can call the waiter to ask for a drink, to change an order or to ask for the bill, in a completely silent manner, quickly and efficiently. The waiter or floor manager will receive the message instantaneously on their pager.

Kitchen staff can also contact waiters when their order is ready. Furthermore Vellux includes software which can measure staff productivity.

The waiter assigned to that table receives a message via his pager

The pager also sends a message to the senior member of staff or owner if so wished

Furthermore, the kitchen can advise waiters or the floor manager who will receive a signal on their pager

This signal amplifier allows messages to be transmitted across distances greater than 300m, which is ideal for outdoor seating locations and great distances

Customers are advised of their position in the queue via a small display screen which is assigned to them whilst they are waiting in the queue. When it is their turn to be served, the screen lights up and vibrates
