Vellux system improves customer services in banks. By simply pushing button on the table, the customer is placed in the queue. Salesman or manager get message on their pager. Vellux also include program, which can measure staff productivity.
The customer presses the push-button on his table
The receiver picks up the message and sends it to the pager
The salesman receives a message via his pager.
The pager also sends a message to the senior member of staff or owner if so wished
Customers are advised of their position in the queue via a small display screen which is assigned to them whilst they are waiting in the queue. When it is their turn to be served, the screen lights up and vibrates
