Vellux greatly improves the customer service experience in gyms and sports clubs. By simply pressing a button customers can call a personal trainer to help them with any difficulty they have with the machines or to help with their training schedule. Once the button has been pressed a personal trainer receives an instant message on his pager.
Gym staff can also be summoned to any area of the centre (reception, changing rooms, massage parlour or spa if they are required.
Furthermore, Vellux can be used at the gym’s restaurant or cafeteria using the three button appliance, as mentioned in theRestaurants section of this webpage.
